The basic terms for using Applyable to generate, review and track job application materials.

The service
Applyable generates job-application documents and reports from information you provide. A tailored application means one job ad and everything we generate for it: the tailored resume, cover letter, Power Edit, ATS score, company research and interview prep. Every account includes 3 tailored applications for life at no charge, with no card. Deleting a job does not give a free application back, and each free application can be regenerated at most 2 times. Free accounts can also use up to 15 other AI actions (such as paste-to-fill, regenerating or importing a profile) in any 24 hours. On the free tier you see the recruiter's name and title; their email address is hidden. Free accounts need a verified, permanent email address, and one email inbox gets one free allowance.
Your content, your responsibility
Documents are built only from what you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for reviewing every document before sending it to an employer. Match scores are estimates, not guarantees of any hiring outcome.
Plans and prices
Base costs A$29.99 a month or A$74.99 every 3 months. Pro costs A$49.99 a month or A$124.99 every 3 months. Prices are in AUD and include GST. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Allowances
Base includes 200 tailored applications and 30 recruiter email reveals a month. Pro includes 300 tailored applications and 75 recruiter email reveals a month. Allowances reset monthly on your subscription anniversary, on both billing periods: the 3 month plan does not get 3 months of allowance up front. Unused allowance does not roll over. Regenerating a document inside a job has a soft limit of 3 regenerations per job per day. When an allowance runs out the action is refused with a clear message until it resets; we never bill for overage. The ATS score, company research and interview prep are part of every plan.
The desktop interview assistant
The desktop interview assistant is included with Pro only: up to 15 hours a month, up to 2 hours per session, on one device at a time. The desktop interview assistant is coming soon and is not yet available.
The free trial
A 7-day free trial is available on Base and Pro only when you choose it, by pressing Start 7 day trial. A card is required. There is one trial per person, per card and per device, and prepaid cards are not accepted for trials. During the trial you can create up to 15 tailored applications, make up to 5 recruiter email reveals and, on Pro, start 1 desktop interview session of up to 60 minutes. Nothing is charged during the trial; when the 7 days are up your card is charged for the plan you chose unless you cancel first. If you cancel during the trial you keep trial access, with the same limits, until day 7, and you are never charged. The desktop interview assistant is coming soon and is not yet available.
Changing plans
You can move between Base and Pro on the same billing period from Plans & billing. An upgrade takes effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep your current plan until then.
Pausing
You may be offered a pause instead of cancelling. While your plan is paused you can still view and download everything you have already made, but you can't create anything new and no allowance builds up, and nothing is charged. Billing and your monthly allowance restart when the pause ends.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Plans & billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If we offer you a discount to stay, it can be used once per account.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, we pause your account while the dispute is open. Please contact us first; we can usually fix a billing problem faster than a dispute can.
Changes to pricing
We may change prices with reasonable notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your identity or qualifications, don't use recruiter contacts for spam, don't create extra accounts to get more free applications or trials, and don't attempt to access other users' data. Applyable generates for real job ads only: text that isn't a job ad is refused without using any allowance. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Applyable depends on third-party services (Google Gemini, Hunter.io, Clerk, Supabase, Stripe) and can be affected by their outages.
